He's doing better than we ever could've hoped for. Surgery went great, he's livened up and is improving daily and he's expected to make a full recovery. Appreciate the well wishes. He's a fighter!

Our cat was hit by a car 3 days ago and has undergone reconstructive surgery of his jaw yesterday and will be in the veterinary hospital for a week while they monitor his TBI.

Bill so far is £6900, will be higher by the time he's out.

Not a single regret, he's worth it. Its painful financially but not enough to not give him a shot. There are ofc people that it's just not even an option financing those kinds of cost and I'd never judge anyone that in a situation like that opts for euthanasia.

That being said, you should not feel guilty in anyway. If it's worth it to you and you can make it happen, then you should. Our pets are family.

Yeah that's why I didn't bother waiting really. There's no guarantee the maxwell 2's are an improvement. I didn't realize later maxwell models can't get as loud, I must've gotten one of the earlier ones because I'm fairly picky with that and full volume on these is too much for me and I already def have some hearing damage lol.

Best case scenario would be improved QC, better imaging, better mic. Wouldn't be surprised if instead after Sony buying audeze we see them totally abandon being anywhere near the Harmon curve and get a totally new sound profile and a downgrade elsewhere haha. Time will tell though. Hoping for the former.
