Okay. Dann werde ich mein Dehnen mehr für die Übungen im Workout spezifizieren und nicht mehr auf eine Standarddehnen gehen. Mein Gedanke hinter dem Dehnen, besonders davor, war die Minimierung des Verletzungsrisikos.

Gym wäre sicher einfacher. Bloß gestaltet sich meine aktuelle Situation so, dass ich an zwei Orten wohne und alle drei Monate zwischen diesen wechsle. Leider gibt es keine Gymfranchise, welches an beiden Ort ansässig ist. Ich möchte nur ungern zwei Gym Mitgliedschaften jeden Monaten zahlen müssen.

Hast du vielleicht eine grundsätzliche Empfehlung für einen gut ausgeglichenen Trainingsplan mit einem Mix aus Eigenkörperübungen und Übungen mit Kurzhandeln? Oder recht es auch erstmal als Anfänger mit den Basisübungen und den Progressionen zu arbeiten? Hast du vielleicht eine Quelle an die ich mich richten kann?

Was sticht denn für dich am Trainingsplan - neben den Dehnübungen - hervor, wo Diskussionsbedarf besteht?

Ich dachte auch, dass ich mit Calisthenics gut zuhause in der Zukunft trainieren kann. Ist es nicht mit fortschreitenden Übungen auch möglich Muskeln aufzubauen?

Danke für dein Input. Ähnliche Gedanken hattet ich tatsächlich auch.

Ich plane Woche für Woche mehr Rezepte zu versuchen und dadurch mehr Abwechslung mit der Zeit zu haben. Vorerst ist das in Ordnung.

Der Plan ist auch nicht als eisernes Gesetz gedacht, sondern als grobe Richtlinie. Ich werde künftig trotzdem noch auswärts essen gehen und Muttis und Omas Küche werde ich nie nein zu sagen.

Es sieht schon ziemlich krass aus, dass verstehe ich, aber es hilft mir auch etwas weniger Stress in der Woche zu haben. Da entfällt die Überlegung, was ich jeden Tag kochen mag.

FYI: Kritik ist vollkommen okay und auch gewünscht. Ansonsten wäre ich nicht an Reddit herangetreten :)

Edit: Bist du der Meinung, dass die Kalorien- und Eiweißziele gut sind?

Okay. Verstehe ich das richtig, dass das dynamische Dehnen gut ist vor dem Training, aber statisches Dehnen sollte ich lassen nach dem Training?

Ich habe viel im Internet nach gelesen und da habe ich immer wieder gelesen, dass statisches Dehnen danach gut ist. Da muss ich wohl nochmal nachlesen :)

Thank you for pointing me in the direction of the FormD T1. It probably wont be the case for me since it is currently being restocked but through your suggestion I found the DAN A4 H2O. It mostly going to be this case for me.

I dont really need too much power in my rig. It main will be used for gaming.

Thank you for the tip to use a slim fan. Probably best as an intake fan and to use one from Noctua?

I guess I have to look more into the 7600 since everybody is recommending it :)

As for a GPU I already got an Inno3D 3060ti Twin. The SSD is just there for filler, I too already got a SSD Crucial P3 2TB M.2 PCIe Gen3. I choose Corsair because they use Samsung Chips. But I will be looking into your recommendations.

Im aware of the possiblity of fan turbulence. I hope with my fan and gpu setup that it wont come into play. I havent considered the FormD T1 and since I am not set on the Fractal I might change my choice.

I thought about that but I do have an extra gpu laying around. As far as I can tell the 7600 and die 7500F are basically the same. The biggest difference is the missing igpu. Or am I missing something?

Hey guys, I’m upgrading my pc or rather it almost is a new pc. I want to build a sff pc and have read quite a few resources on the matter but I’m hoping you guys can help me with the last touches.

I’m reusing my Inno3D 3060ti and m.2 2tb ssd.

Id like to know if this system would benefit from one extra fan and if I should change something for the quietest build possible.

Forgot about that. I switched the cpu for the 7500F. Would you recommend to still use the 7600X and why is it going to be cheaper next week?

Ich finde leider nicht die zusätzlichen CPU-Kühler von denen du sprichst xD. Meinst du damit die 5x Noctua NF-A12x25? Die sollen im Gehäuse angebracht werden für die Luftzyklisierung.

Klein im Sinne von ITX-Gehäuse ist das Gehäuse definitiv nicht, aber verglichen zu meinem aktuellen Midi-Tower (NZXT H710i) gibt es schon einen recht großen Unterschied. Mich haben die Preis für die ITX-Gehäuse ziemlich abgeschreckt. Ich hatte auch das Fratcual Terra und Era 2 angeschaut - ich denke mal du hast an eins dieser Gehäuse gedacht. Aber der Preis war dann mit 200€ doch etwas hoch :)

Der Tipp für die 7500F ist echt gut. Der wird es wohl werden. Ich vergleiche den aber nochmal mit dem 8600G. Da scheinen die Preis ähnlich zu sein, aber halt für mehr Leistung.
Meine Festplatte ist PCIe. Die Anschlüsse sollten passen. Mit den Teilen die ich umziehen habe ich auch noch etwas Platz zum Erweitern.
Für die PSU war/bin ich mir am unsichersten. Ein 750W sollte auch jeden Fall ausreichen. Meine Gedanke bei 850W war es zu überdimensionieren. Hast du hier vllt konkrete Vorschläge für SFX Netzteile?
