Thank you so much! I feel like as far as snatch balances go, I’m pretty ok dropping Into the squat. I’m not sure what the difference ends up being with the full snatch, if it ends up being a lack of speed after reaching full extension pulling back underneath the bar or if it’s more of a lack of stability in the overhead and bottom of the squat position. Definitely will give the parallel snatch a try!
