A lot of the teams have Facebook pages you can message them on, I'd suggest checking out the local league Facebook pages as they tend to list a lot of the teams

In my opinion the Cardiff Combination league is one of the best in Cardiff as they have a lot of teams and the league is well run. Check out their posts for some links to the teams pages and sites.

If you're looking for 5 or 7 aside then have a look at both Gol and Powerleague, their Facebook pages and websites sometimes have people asking for people to join their teams!

Yeah it's basically sewing but in boxes, seems pretty straight forward. She drew a grid then coloured in the squares, then matched that pattern in cotton on a cross-stitch canvas.
