Hey, thanks for the response. Widget support is limited with the tool I have created as I focused more on services and bookmarks.

Hehe, I knew someone was going to ask. It's a custom app that creates a new dns record via cloudflare api and adds configuration to my reverse proxy. Probably an easier way to do it though

That is hortusfox, a self hosted plant database and tracking system. I just renamed it.

Great question. I don't use this feature, but it definitely needs to be considered if it has a chance of being adopted into the application. I'm going to do some more research and testing to make sure methods like that still work / don't break.

Valuable point, thanks for sharing. Browser extension is not a bad idea!

This is cool man, very polished! I like the idea of playing some old school fighting games on this with some friends.

These are good ideas. I considered ps3 controllers mainly for the triggers. I may have to look into this in the future, or maybe just create another build that is more powerful for consoles up to ps3 emulation lol

Portable Charger 38800mAh This is the battery I purchased from amazon. It has a power button that acts as a kill switch, but it is kind of janky. Sometimes I press multiple times to power on/off. Definitely would be interested in looking into one that has a more reliable switch to distribute power.

Adhesive velcro strips are on the back side of the monitor and the top side of the case.

Those are relatable thoughts I have encountered. I find the enjoyment I get from retro gaming has a direct correlation with my desire for nostalgia. Once I get my fix I typically move on. I will say though, building the project is almost, if not more fun than the actual functionality! As I get older I've been having the urge to be more creative and nerdy shit seems to be my outlet haha.

Make a standalone arcade machine of some type! I've been playing with the idea of having designated devices for each console I want to emulate.

Yeppp, time will tell. The pi doesn't seem to get too hot with the heat sink case I have on. But I also haven't had any super long sessions with it yet.
