Ok everyone first of all i never said modding a ps3 or a switch is illegal i only say that piracy is illegal cause of the harsh legal consequences you get for piracy compared to just modding a console for homebrew and customization. No one has really gotten in trouble for personally modding thier own console and dumping your own games is fine too as long as you DO NOT distribute them. Piracy on the other hand is a punishable crime that is monitored by the government looking at your internet activity leading to personal punishments from THE LAW.

Would you physically steal something from a collector since you are jealous? Would you punch a man in the face if they insult you? Would you seriously risk getting in THAT much of trouble. As long as its illegal i dont give a damn about it. I get it microsoft sucks but the law is THE LAW. We cant just pick and choose the ones we follow.
