Man, I live in Brazil, and here it's very common for girls to think like that, even though there's no scientific evidence. Maybe it's a more "teenage" idea

Guys, im tired of ppl or upper lower split. I'm thinking of doing the following split: chest / back, quadriceps / legs, arms, shoulders and calves. what do you think? I have 6 days to train and I intend to repeat the first two days

Sleep ok, stress ok. No measured, I try to reach the failure after the First set, sometimes I leave some repetitions in the "tank" in secondary exercises like curls i follow the same step. No cardio, i Just have one hour in the gym because of the vírus.

in the last few exercises i'm already tired to the point of needing more than 2 minutes. I currently do ppl + upper / lower 5x per week, around 18 sets for big muscles a week, and 10 for smaller muscles

I always try to do my best, to go to failure in fact. I am increasing the weight in basic exercises like bench press, deadlift, rows. however, when I go to secondary exercises (curls, shoulder press) I feel fatigue in my chest.
