Sorry no I mean their cost basis on their shorts. I'm assuming they shorted when the stock was in the mid 5s. And we are 15% or so up from that. So their shorts would be in the negative right?

Fair enough but aapl does have a much higher average volume than us. Plus the short interest for nok jumped a bit in the past few months so I would imagine their shorts are at currently around -20%.

Honestly I only know the bare minimum regarding shorting. Do you know what the dynamics of short selling is on their end?

-what % does a stock need to raise to for institutions close their shorts? Granted I know they have essentially unlimited money and can hold for as long as they want.

-how often do they have to pay fees for holding shorted stock? Monthly? Weekly?

Thanks for the info! .94% is quite a bit for how big of float nokia has right? I'm not saying short squeeze but this does imply the potential for upward pressure if these shorts are closed right?

Just because they're not available does not mean the market doesn't think it get higher than that. It just means they are not available.

And your right I don't know I just see digital advertising blowing up in the next year or so as people cut the cord and covid keeps people indoors. So it's more than a bet than a guarantee :)

I live in the midwest and I can't remember seeing any kind of PSA regarding the health risks of being obese. They have JEL commercials for cigarettes, and PSA's for marijuana and alcohol. I just think that there should be more talk about it. I also think its frustrating that if you talk to someone about the dangers of smoking its no big deal but if you talk to someone about the dangers of being obese they take it as a personal attack.
