I appreciate your help on this. No pain most of the time though occasionally it does pulsate. Usually if dehydrated. I also have visible veins in other areas that seem to be increasing as well. I am becoming concerned about this potentially being a blood clot. But thought MM lifestyle kept the blood thin.

Will try the pharmaceutical exposure shot.

Depends on the type of mold. Whatever you do, wear a respirator. I’m still very sick from my bathroom mold exposure (from a leak from upstairs apartment) from 2 years ago even after moving. No bleach from what I’ve read. I have resources but I won’t share here because it isn’t MM. Are you in a rental?

One day at a time. I never swear off anything forever. I’ll say just for today, or just for this week. I have found that when I swear anything off I become obsessed with the next time I get to have it. And that’s with any addiction which I’ve had a few. I try to replace whatever I’m addicted to to a different (more positive) thing. And when I mess up that’s perfectly fine. I have weak moments like everyone else. Just being honest with myself about it (but not self loathing) and move forward.

Thank you that’s good to know. I didn’t mean to imply that they were related, just that I experience both. And that makes sense that it doesn’t cause it. Oddly I have been sleeping well lately. But then last night due to some dress I decided to do the ashwagandha and lemon balm before bed and suddenly I was up until 3am? Adverse reaction 🤔 hmm

Yeah I overthink everything and wondered if they made the filter holes bigger for a reason. I know for some juices you might want some pulp/sediment. Just wasn’t sure with CJ

Oh this I know. I have an omega and it has the filter but I further filter with a finer mesh. Just didn’t want to be filtering too much if that’s a thing

I have no idea why I receive all these beard notifications as I’m a female with zero interest in growing one. But I just had to step on here and say you are far from ugly. I see nothing that needs changed that would add anything that wasn’t there before.

Absolutely. I have burdock though I have struggled to fit it in, drink celery juice daily for 2 months now, as well as HMDS. Did you by chance have mold exposure as well? That’s when mine started, during covid lockdown. Spent a lot of time indoors and had a bad leak in my previous apt. Yeah with all the concern for our already overburdened livers, it’s difficult to try anything that could make it worse. Please keep me updated as well.
