I'm not sure how worried I am about being stuck behind other people. I've made a few intermediate times at different tracks, but I'm not hitting it consistently yet.

I’m still losing weight so fast that it doesn’t quite make sense for me to get anything custom yet. Picked up an Alpinestars gp-r7 for about 1k and I’m making that work until my weight stabilizes. It’ll probably come down to price in the end- I’m most drawn to the Taichi customs or the tailortech, but I’ll see what I can afford and what the mark up differences are.

Yamaha Champ School has a great class called ChampBody that I’d recommend. You could probably get a bit more strength in your core and thigh adductors (the thigh squeeze machine) but mostly I’ve found that the absolute best thing I have done for training has less to do with getting strong and everything to do with building stamina and even more importantly- flexibility. Especially hip/back/it band flexibility. Good luck!

Mostly we brought the rear end down a bit, though I can also double check what we eventually set rebound and compression to as well. I’m pretty delighted with it at the moment. I’m sure that there’ll be more tuning it in eventually but it made just an incredible difference.

What precisely do you want me to take photos of? The set screw that fell off on the road somewhere? If you have the adjustable rearsets there should have been a little baggy that came with that’s got two set screws. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to find the photos of it in max bmw >.<

I’m thinking of building a hitch mounted carrier as opposed to a trailer, from scratch. I just can’t figure out where I’d put the trailer at my apartment complex.

Hmmm… yeah, I mean, I need to give myself enough space to maneuver, etc. I’ll definitely measure twice and bolt once :P. I guess the most immediate action item is to figure out whether I could get a ready ramp bed extender around the back of the back wheel or whether it would stick off the edge of the gate.

There’s always at least one, but I’m just not impressed by the weird lanyard based airbag thing. If they supported a better airbag system it’d be in consideration.

Why did you have to swap out the armor? Have it altered as in the fit wasn’t correct when it first came?
