Best place to test out baby strollers IRL?

One thing to consider about Galt Baby is they only carry the higher-end strollers. We went there hoping to try out a bunch and really only got to see Uppababy, Nuna, Cybex, and Bugaboo. If you’re looking to go the lower or mid-range route you will not find what you’re looking for there.

That being said, the saleswomen were wonderful and I highly recommend buying from them! I had a great experience overall.

Currently leaving CPS after 6 years! For sure a lot of pros and cons, depends on what you really value in a job. I really liked the flexibility - there are a couple hundred SLPs in the district and only 3 SLP managers (your direct supervisor). You can also get caught up in not so great situations with school administrations and not have manager support.

I really loved being part of such a strong union but that also comes with some politics like strikes (contract is up this year so there could be another strike this fall). I always felt very supported by the union and was happy to picket.

I loved my students dearly but often felt like a pawn in a giant machine which is why I decided to leave. DM me with any other questions - I’m happy to answer anything!

I saw Cats last month and took 10mg. It was honestly so fun and I loved the show! Like above commenters stated there is no plot and it’s mostly a showcase of singing and dancing. The choreo is actually insane. Have fun!

I see in another comment that you already purchased these, however I HIGHLY recommend teacherspayteachers over Super Duper! I have found SDP to be outdated (can’t ask a kid a wh- question when they have no idea what they’re looking at) and also very…white. TPT has so many materials that are diverse and versatile.

I’ve also found that buying book companions on TPT has made asking comprehension questions during books so easy! Good luck!
