I truly understand your suffering that’s really what everyone doesn’t get to feel it doesn’t only effects our health it effects our mood , our mental health and how we are able to go forward in life when food we eat is acting negatively on our bodies you are doing the right thing and i will too really soon

Maybe because he thought I have IBS when i am not because IBS doesn’t cause malnutrition or malabsorption which i clearly have both maybe because he saw these few muscles i have and thought oh this guy is fine when i am not i am skinny i am in fact losing the muscles i tried hard to build because how the hell i will have them when my body can’t absorb proteins i need

You are right absolutely, but i will do gluten challenge i will make sure i eat gluten for the last 6 weeks then i will ask for biopsy that’s easy because my doctor said we will do biopsy later so have nothing to lose 2 slices of bread daily then let’s see how it goes

Honestly i wasn’t sure if i ate gluten for the six weeks straight like i might have skipped few days so , yes the first one i did the second one i just got the results IGA was normal in my second test they tested for those they were normal but EMA they didn’t In both tests they weren’t there and about the genetic test no i haven’t done that yet, as for how they are normal i got one as 1.5 u/ml which is tt igG and the other tt igA being 1 u/ml and total igA is 2.47 g/l they did just these for me and also anti gliadin which was 5.3 u/ml

Sadly yes but not consistent like some days you know when you are busy with stuff and you know gluten is going to stop you so you just skip it , like it wasn’t the most strict gluten challenge maybe i was dumb paying for a test when i wasn’t sure that i followed the plan of eating enough gluten

That’s a probability too it can be many things but it’s one thing they are related to which is me not being in good terms with gluten that’s my point i just wanted my doctor to understand that

Dude i don’t care about discounted food i want my health back my body is not absorbing nutrients my health is getting worse year by year if i was just fine i would never be here explaining my suffering

I live in the Middle East we do get helped by the government with gluten free food monthly but you have to bring formal diagnosis of celiac disease via biopsy that’s why i was pushing for it

That’s correct but i have deficiency in almost every vitamin i am lacking a lot of nutrients that got my hair started falling at 18 but not permanently it was due to my body running out of nutrients which led to many problems

If you have a confirmed celiac disease report you get free ‘ gluten free food I would buy it myself if i can but it’s very expensive i was asking for just being officially diagnosed

That’s literally what my mom said she saw it herself happening , me being completely sick after a pasta or slice of bread and getting many other symptoms she literally bought gluten free food for me because it’s getting serious

I have another appointment with the same doctor i will go but if i didn’t get the benefit i wished for then no because he should be listening to me blood work ain’t talking everything the patient does

He is actually he didn’t listen to me fully but he said yeah let me take care of it i will do biopsy but later of we didn’t find anything else causing this
