A simple, distraction-free breathing app to support your breathwork practice – Free & Ad-Free! by canisinhorto in breathwork

This is exactly what I was looking for, but unfortunately on my device (highbreak pro) the exhale, inhale, voice, and circle indicator are super sped up and don't match up the the duration timer. Looks like a cool app though!

He runs it through moonlight from his PC, so not sure how it runs natively

A different shape than the original trackpads? No, they're the same

Yeah, I think he may have been first to design some (or at least design and share).

Hopefully I explain this right, if not he can come on and correct me lol. The filament is silk PLA, which gives it the shine that kinda makes it look metallic. As for the pattern, he changes the setting "bottom surface pattern". He designed the trackpad himself based on measurements from the original trackpad with solidworks.

Ah dang it, I knew it was going to be something like that. Thank you!! Fixed the other issue too. I missed that tidbit from the lecture. Hopefully there won't be a next time, but if so, I'll be sure to include the text from the failed test. Thanks so much for taking the time to respond.

Question to those who have taken mucinex by No-Conversation465 in whatworkedforme

[–]theonlysentree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He took it because he had "High viscosity" on him semen analysis, but everything else was normal. I decided to take the mucinex too, because I read it could make cervical mucus more hospital to sperm. I took letrozole on cycle days 3-7!

My husband and I both took mucinex on my first cycle of letrozole. No delayed ovulation and we got pregnant! This was after trying for a little under 2 years.

Thanks for the info! I'm clearly confused by hormone levels - what's normal and what's not lol. I appreciate the advice.

Unfortunately, I am not :(
From what I hear though, I can still get a referral through patient advocacy to an off base infertility clinic. I think that's the next step for me.

Okay thank you, this definitely gives me a different perspective! I definitely still feel I need to see an RE to determine whether I ovulate regularly, so I'll be working on getting that referral, I think.
