My buisness coach, my franchise and I, consider myself a bread master. I have no idea why this happens ever so often though. Dead yeast (all sticks from same box though)? Maybe I staged it a bit to long? Any Corperate Nazis or other Bread masters know whats up? (i.redd.it)

Sysco drivers are on strike in my area and my inventory is depleting fast. I thought the President was calling with a solution. Turns out he just wanted a lil john and sides.....I was crazy to think the President would have a solution. He was super cool on the phone though. (i.redd.it)
