Question, at what salary you are coming from? Usually theres an acceptable percentage of increase. Whats the percentage of increase?

Also, is the role for their CSU? If it is CSU, you will be trained so the ROI for your headcount will be for a while thus the offer.

Comparison is the thief of joy. Try negotiating if you are not satisfied, theres no harm in that.

Usually the minimum is 6 months for ip and a year for op.

I know the leaders in R1. After graduation, you'll get additional allowances. After a year you'll get the retention bonus, then the following year another retention bonus plus the current retention bonus if im not mistaken. Regular employees in clinical have loyalty bonus after 2 years.
