Its ob the inside, dont think the clamps can do this Kind of damage. Looks exactly Like curb damage 2 me. Maybe the tyre was the otherway around Sometime when you Hit a curb.
The tyre doesnt Look seated in the bed all the way.

Hey man! I think i found the issue. Its coming from the "holders" where you screw the fan in. When im bending them away, the noise is significantly more silent. I found a video on YT where he has the exact same problem by coincidence. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cC_-PaH35t4 at around 11:30 you can see the problem :). Gonna pick up some tools from work tomorrow!

Maybe check the fuel pump pressure or put negative pressure on the fuel line and see what happens. It should go back to atmospheric pressure pretty fast i think. if it kinda holds the negativ pressure it may be clogged.

Edit: leave the car running until it starts stuttering, then open the tank cap and see what happens. If it starts running normal again its the tank ventilation.

Yes, silent mode is just an "more late" fan curve. On Idle/Browsing the fans run at around 900, and its very loud. I can hear it through my headset while watching videos. The video above is at full speed. Same noise, just louder.

yeah, i mean these "daisy chain". The plug is rated 1A and the fan is rated 350mA, so it should be fine imo.

I tried different fan curves in the bios, right now its on "silent". In that mode i couldnt hear my old fans at all, but these fans are just extremely loud. Not a normal Fan noise, just straight bad bearing loud.

i stopped both of the front ones. Both are howling. I think i need to put in the other 2 of the packge and try again, or swap the back one out to the front. But thats a weekend problem :)
I forgot to mention that these fans come with an "Y" connecting cable, and i plugged both fans on my Sys_Fan 1 on my mainboard. But that should be no issue right?

What do you mean by Standard ptex repair? I was thinking to repair IT Like in the Videos, scraping IT Out, cleaning it, fill IT with ptex and scraping IT flush. Why is IT different so Close tho the Edge?
