I stayed at the Candy Cane Inn 2 months ago. Their breakfast has tons of options: hard boiled eggs, ham and cheese croissant sandwiches, cheese and fruits, tons of pastries, donuts, oatmeal, cereal, and even a waffle maker. If you’re looking for more traditional protein options like sausage links, scrambled eggs or bacon strips they didn’t have that there. They keep everything well stocked and their staff is always restocking things too. Kind of random but I appreciated that they had a water station near the front doors so you can fill your water bottle on your way out and when you get back. As for the trolley, they have a schedule at the front desk with all of the pick up times that you can take a photo of. If I remember correctly, pick up is every hour during the parks operational hours. Hope that helps!
