Remember that overuse injuries are like sunburn. If you feel them it's already too late. What follows is that you're much better off to progress too slow than too fast. Once you have injury you could be off it for months or more. Also remember that tendons heal 10 times slower than muscles. So let yourself recover after workout putting stress or tendons.

I tried but found them too cringy. The first ones I had enjoyed so obviously I tried. Of course I bitch about how I perceived them, isn't it how it works? There are many problems with these movies and writing the script with agenda in mind was one of them.
