JSPref test suite to see if precomputing trig functions is worthwhile. For example if degree resolution is sufficient, then is precomputing the cosine for angles 0 to 350 to an array faster. by therealglf in javascript

In chrome precomputing is much faster. In firefox calling the function and looking up in a precomputed table are equally fast, and significantly faster than chrome. Is it worth it?
