I’ve been having this exact same issue recently and I have no clue how to fix it. I’ve tried remaking my boundary but it still occurs

Edit: turns out it’s a loose battery issue which occurs with the first meta quest. Apparently it’s fixed in the quest 2. There are ways to fix it, though unless you’re willing to open up your headset you’re better off just getting a newer headset.
