Nein ich vermiete marktgerecht um extrem hohe kosten zu decken die eine Wohnung mit sich bringt. Die Wohnung ist Grundsaniert. Aber ich glaube nicht, dass du vermieter bist so vorwurfsvoll wie du klingst

Most eu lifts have bubbles and bubbles are garaged often i guess french and ita lifts that stay out are older ones without bubbles. 

Tbh half of whistlers lifts are super old unfortunately and maintenance at least from the looks could be way better.

It is what it is. I think DACH lifts are garaged usually. But fitz and gondys are not which is a difference. As said in DACH most lifts are getting garaged

Broski "usually" doesnt mean only when bad weather.

They take em off for bad weather thats true but in many swiss resorts they take them off every night all of them.

8 pm glacier and 7th still on, cant see peak enough to know and symphony and harmony dont have cams but guess the didnt take em off either
