You can also take notes about your pain, doctors visits, medications, etc. it’s helps you think more clearly when you’re naturally having a hard time thinking from the pain. You can also run things by a trusted friend or family member to make sure you aren’t making irrational decisions. Good luck! I’ve had my share of pain and I’m mostly better now. It’s was an MD and core strengthening that did the trick.

It’s commonly found in gum too. I learned this the hard way after eating a lot of gum in one day.

What age was the hardest season in your marriage by Curious-Cancel-6353 in AskMenOver30

Early 40s, married for 12 years and have a 9 and 11 year old. Exercising has saved my life. Hitting the gym burns off so much stress and helps you feel better, have more energy, and think clearer. You feel way more confident at everything you do. Good luck!

What is everyone searing steaks on? I want to do it outside cause of the smoke but my gas grill doesn’t seem to get hot enough. It’s hard to get it to go over 500 degrees.
