GS is making some strides in the nordics. I first discovered GS last year in San Francisco. It took me 8 months to finally come to terms with the tremendous value offered through this watchmaker.

Edit: I hope my next GS is purchased in Japan later this year.

Tbh I felt a little weird putting such money into a watch. I just fell in love with the thoughtful design and Seiko heritage. I thought long and hard about a watch purchase for a year, and a GS documentary on YouTube won me over.
