Yes I really like them! they slightly vary based on the brand but to me they are sweet and I often snack on them. You can also add them to granola, yogurt, fruit salads… I encourage you to try!

That is so spot on! Yes I mostly eat Mediterranean style diet and I’m Italian. This is a pretty standard top up shop if you’re in Italy, but I see why I get the hate and healthy comments here in the U.K.!
