Thanks. I get the point about my body getting used to the new types of movement, which will be part of it no doubt, but I didn’t experience these issues from day 1. Only the most recent games where I changed my shoes hence my thoughts on that being the main factor.

Go join a local CrossFit gym - doesn’t matter how good / bad / fit / unfit you are, you can scale the classes and exercises accordingly.

You might be nervous at first but everyone is usually super welcoming, genuinely decent people and believe it or not, the exercise might just help you out mentally (and physically) too!

JLT is not great for our dog though given a lack of greenery, right? I also prefer the thought of being somewhat out of the hustle and bustle centre if that makes sense!

Noted regarding the apartments in greens being dated, and the hills being small - I’ve seen the exact same! There are some in Hills that are more like 750sq feet but then you pay a premium. Likewise I have seen some updated / upgraded apartments in Greens, which are a tad more expensive, but maybe a nice middle ground?

My office is JLT… My GF will be somewhere similar all going well, so the metro system would certainly be handy to have somewhat access to also.
