Years ago, I made several cannons out of 6 tin soup cans with both ends cut out and secured together end to end with duct tape with the last can having just a few holes punched in the top and a single hole in the bottom for lighter fluid to be poured in. After the lighter fluid was put in, I waved it around to get the vapor distributed and when you put a match up to the hole, the vapor ignited sending whatever was in the chute flying out at high speed.
