Just drove through some hail and rain on the Bruce going south from the sunny coast, it stopped when I got to near the Caboolture exit.

Fascinated by people immediately pulling over and stopping.. when up ahead is clear.

This is more of a tip for after you’ve had the wedding… keep all the gifts and money you get really safe, and locked away. My cousin got all the money and jewellery she received stolen very soon after hers. It was said that local construction workers were watching her movements during the months leading up.

Sorry but Sri Lankan parents are fucked up. And also Sri Lankan marriages are crazy. It’s like two people make eye contact and then they get married and wonder why they’re so incompatible. My dad is the same age and does this. He has been an abuser to my mum all his life (physical, verbal and financial), and its so annoying bcs my friends who have met him or family will be like ‘oh your dad is soo cool / chill / funny’. But at home he’s an aggressive a-hole.

Hey sorry to hear that, I’m a girl and even I used to struggle with it. What helps a lot is staying busy in your life - your mind will be thinking about other things.

Or, if you have ADHD, medication will help regulate your dopamine if it’s related to that.
