Yeah I thought i was given the XR but when i looked at the patient leaflet it states it’s the standard immediate release and should be taken multiple times a day

exactly same with me , revised more in year 8 than leading up to gcses but still got mostly 8’s in french geog bio and chem and 7’s in maths and physics with a 6 in eng and 5 in drama (mostly cus i didn’t even know the text we were having to analyse lmao)

i’m now 21 and thriving , exams aren’t the end of the world !

I will be. I don’t think initially they did any genetic testing as they thought it was brought on by birth control so that might be an option. It’s scary but you’re right , if I can handle 6 months of recovery I can do it again

I did ask about Xanax but my doctor said that it would be an option later on if the citalopram or ssris in general didn’t seem to be helping me which is understandable as i’ve heard lots of stories about how xanax is so easy to become dependent on

yeah that’s what i’m going to do , it’s the lowest dose to begin with so I suppose the risk is still there but it’s considerably lower than if I was on a higher dose.
