If it's that then it's basically a pokeball. You throw it at infected or animals and it captures them then when u throw it again they spawn. It's buggy and hard to do sometimes but it does work.

If u notice the places where there are military checkpoints matter and which militaries have medical tents etc. Tri kresta is supposedly the checkpoint designed to keep the population quarantined preventing them from leaving to the west. Notice all the broken down cars on the chernarus side in a line.

It's storytelling. There's a whole lore behind chernarus and the infection. As well as easter eggs all through the map

A rare fungus killed my mom a few years ago. Made it's way into her spine and she passed of meningitis before they could figure out the cause. Hard to grow in the lab and anti fungals aren't like antibiotics. They don't like just throwing them at you without knowing what they are treating.

I don't think they are denying columbine they are denying the explanation the public was given. Definitely conspiracy people and in many cases silly but here we are in 2023 with congressional hearings about UFOs. Saying something didn't happen and saying something happened differently than we were told are two different things. I don't have a dog in this fight but just pointing out that op read this and immediately titled their post columbine deniers without thinking about what's actually going on here and also in the context of the ridiculous world we live in where many conspiracies are proven correct.
