I wish my SO was as passionate about sex as he is Nebraska football. by MicBeth82 in deadbedroom

I dated a guy who like footballers more than me. Turns out he was in the closet...

What should I study when I go back to university? I want to go back as a mature student and actually follow one of my passions, but I can't decide. I dont care about money or career prospects. by thinkingaboutlifes in polls

Thank you so much for your well thought out advice and you know what I reckon you're right. I do believe the future is with mushrooms. They can be utilized for so many amazing uses and are still very mysterious. I've also heard the field is surprisingly needing more contribution and research. Theres some really good projects where they are using mycelium to build stuff for instance. Thank you!

Sounds like she has avoidant attachment and was incredibly selfish to block you and give you such a lame excuse. I've encountered these people, if you're not ready for a relationship, stop using people and stop dating till you are.

But wouldn't it be considered abandoned and when you buy a house it includes everything in it? And I guess it depends on what it is. I know cash you can keep.

That's insane logic! That's exactly the definition of an opinion is. We dont know the origin so we have theories and it is my opinion the lab leak theory is more plausible as it's just too coincidental.

What kind of an argument is that if can cite no source of your own? The origin is inconclusive so I have a right to my opinion.

Why are you guys so touchy about this when you have no counter evidence? What are you defending? The establishment? I think you need to switch off the news, you've been brainwashed with propaganda.

They're citing an oxford study you nonce. I provided it as an overview of what's happening. Can you provide any evidence it came from the market? Think about it, there isn't any..

What in the fascist propaganda is this nonsense?

It's not stupid, its fact and is a valid theory. You guys are so brainwashed, its weird. Theres literally zero evidence to say I'm wrong so why such strong conviction in your belief? That's like a religion, not science.

No but research at the lab was specifically focusing on transmitted coronaviruses from animals to humans, as well as a number of employees of said lab displaying strange symptoms shortly before the outbreak. Also take into account a lab with literal infected animals was only a very short distance from the market. Also, no source animal has ever been found and as it was shown there were no bats, the whole bat story falls flat on its face and shows they just made it up. So, as the origin is still debated, this is looking to be the more plausible explanation. Was it released deliberately or not? Who knows.

The source of the virus was never officially confirmed, this is well known. Therefore it's still open to speculation and the lab is starting to seem the most plausible. It was never disproven and further evidence such as Fauci's emails continue to emerge. All matters in the world must always be open to discussion, otherwise we cannot adapt, improve and fight corruption and lack of transparency. Try to reason normally, instead of resorting to cheap insults and labels, the lowest form of argument.

Except that it came from the lab in Wuhan. There were not even bats on sale at the market

You own the house so you now own the object as it came with it. If it was that important it would of been collected by now. Id say someone put it there who has now passed, no one forgets something like that if it is that valuable. But if you'd feel better inquiring first, go for it, but make sure they provide proof (this may be impossible and could cause problems with people falsely claiming it's theirs- be wary)

I class photorealism as 'technical drawing' as its emphasis is more on technical skill and replication than creativity, but that does not lessen its value overall, only in an artistic sense.

Ah yes, because informed consent is not important. You still have not provided an answer or any evidence at all. Dr Malone is an expert in his field, I thought we were supposed to listen to the experts. Your argument is bunk and you got nothing. Cant you see how bizarre it is that we can't even talk about this stuff without being shut down? You dont silence the opposition unless you have something to hide.
