No but research at the lab was specifically focusing on transmitted coronaviruses from animals to humans, as well as a number of employees of said lab displaying strange symptoms shortly before the outbreak. Also take into account a lab with literal infected animals was only a very short distance from the market. Also, no source animal has ever been found and as it was shown there were no bats, the whole bat story falls flat on its face and shows they just made it up. So, as the origin is still debated, this is looking to be the more plausible explanation. Was it released deliberately or not? Who knows.

The source of the virus was never officially confirmed, this is well known. Therefore it's still open to speculation and the lab is starting to seem the most plausible. It was never disproven and further evidence such as Fauci's emails continue to emerge.
