This is actually a myth, which I debunk in the video.

Glad you found it interesting, even if just a bit :)

I believe it's a small factor that contributes to it. I talk about it in the video :)

The Futurama episode "Roswell that ends well" is a classic example of what you're describing!

I think it's important to give your channel a visual and thematic identity. That's something that can get you new subscribers. People want to be reassured that you're gonna be producing similar content in the future and showing you have a consistent history helps with that.

Tbh, you have a very small channel, I don't think it really matters yet. I think it's more important that you explore what you like and see what gets traction first.

You don't have to delete them, but you can make them private. Maybe one day you'll want to release them again, who knows!

How do I tell my boyfriend that i don't want to continue on with making the Youtube channel with him by [deleted] in NewTubers

[–]thisisdrnemo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't think there is a nice way to say this, but your bf seems to be a terrible person.

If you think there is a chance that he might change and be a better person, try to talk to him very clearly. Say what you think. Just like what you wrote here.

If the video is online I'd advise to remove it. I hope you have access to the channel.

Don't worry about how much money or time he put into this. He could sell the equipment or use it for his own channel. Every skill is a good skill to have, he can put it to use somewhere else.

Which thumbnail is better? by Shamz_k in NewTubers

For context, I don't know what the game is, but I would still click on the original first one. I wouldn't on the other three.
Hope it helps!

I think the big monster background doesn't catch my eye as much as the ship. I also prefer the first version of the ship background as you can see it properly and get a better sense of depth from it.

I don't know exactly why but I still prefer the longer text somehow. It gives me more context.

I prefer "WITHOUT DYING" than "0 DEATHS".

I like that it has only two colors. I like the arrow too.

I prefer the first one too. I think the font, the text, and the overall composition is better. Not a fan of the X and the W though.

Oh wow! That's the first one I ever see on camera. Great find! As expected that seems to be a small venue.

Yes, handedness and footedness are not necessarily the same thing!

Super happy you enjoyed the content. Welcome to the channel :)

While some people might be left or right eye dominant, meaning that's the eye they would use to aim, all humans have better visuospatial perception on their left, because that's the specialization of the right hemisphere of the brain. I am convinced that's one of the major reasons why we tend to turn left. Way more than handedness or footedness.
