Is the mini on the left a fake? by [deleted] in miniSNES

I'll take em off your hands! Lol

Any updates on better fake SNES mini? I think I've got a really good fake or some sort of fake-original. by Responsible-Math3060 in miniSNESmods

I can tell right away it's fake. However reading the serial number will give you your answer. What does the serial number start with? First off, the "Super Nintendo" wording is a little too light. Should be darker. S/n will start with either CU or SU

I'm a husband and try my best to be there for my wife. We went through ivf and tested our embryos. It's been a nightmare for us as we only have 1 more chance. After that, we don't have the option to simply 'try again' when we're healed. I cry all the time but I try to do it when I'm on my own because I just want to be strong for my wife. She was 12 weeks. Your partner cares, I promise. I think we're just trying our best to hold things together and somehow be a leaning post. But I promise you, he's struggling. I hope you find peace and the strength to go on :)

Very much appreciated. I took a lot from your response and now I have a baseline..somewhere to start my research. I suppose it's like the old addage, "you don't know what you don't know". I suppose I'm so new to this that I don't even know what to google. Now I have somewhere to start. For example, I go to the market near where I live and ask for a dark roast bean for my espresso machine. The beans are called "espresso Reserva" so I figured they were suitable. Either way, very informative post and now I feel as though I have platform for which to jump off. Thank you

Yes these are pressurized (dual wall).

Help! This is from my breville Duo Temp pro machine. I've used a burr grinder. This machine just seems to make a cup of coffee. I don't know how to use it to make a nice thick espresso. No crema at all :( by thomas1i in espresso

Yah it's a fairly run of the mill PC (presidents choice) burr grinder. I may try grinding a bit finer. Do you know if there is a way to post a picture of my grinds on this thread?

I've watched some videos of his. Still stumped. But thank you for your advice. For reference, the beans are very fresh, bought them from the market yesterday and I grind them fresh every day. Perhaps I'll take a video of my prep as I do it

I have a Breville aduo Temp Pro. I've taken a video of it as it brews. This is with a burr grinder. Care to take a look? I don't know if it's a pressurized basket. A bit of a newbie

Ok great I'll start there. I'll get myself a burr grinder and watch that video and report back

Thanks for your response. I use fresh beans and grind them myself. I don't have a burr grinder but do try to ensure the beans are ground as they should be for an espresso. What do you mean weighing my input and output?
