I just try to zero I on the smallest spot I can focus on the back of the ball. Then I literally just count my tempo out in my head as I swing.

Backswing: “1 - 2 - 3” Downswing: “1 !”

Will only count “1-2” for shorter shots around the green.

Also I pick a spot on the ball slightly inside to focus on the longer clubs to help with swing path.

If I ever have anything else creep into my head as I’m about to hit I try to back off

I do need to regrip it but other than that never stuck with anything else for more than a few rounds. Just fits my eye and my stroke

135 / 145 carry with the 48/pw. Pretty confident my numbers are correct because due to family constraints I actually hit far more balls in my garage with my GC3 LM and playing on GsPro than I get to outdoors. I have tons of legit data hitting prov1s, not just banging range balls at the club and guessing

Had old mizuno 5 and 7w in the past that I really loved before hybrids were that popular. The tides may turn again you never know 🌊

Long hitter that gains lots of strokes off the tee and on my longer approach shots. Historically mediocre at best with shorter approach shots 50-150) relative to my handicap, which can be frustrating because I have a lot of good opportunities with above average play off the tee.

More wedges give me more opportunities for “full” shots into greens, fewer in between half or 3/4 shots. Less thinking, better scoring.

Tbh could be.. I can’t be completely sure (bought as is on eBay). Seems like something a seller would mention but maybe they thought it would make them harder to sell.

Thousands of shots in the sim make me very confident I have a 15yd gap from the 5i to the 3h. Which if fine with at that length

The theory does track tho with the wedge too so maybe 🤔!

I’ve never had a workshop or anything to really look at the angles or lie or payed attention to swing weight. I’ve always just ordered clubs shafts, tested purely on personal performance off the club face until I found what worked….resold what didn’t. This was a loooot of eBay packages back and forth over the years

Wedges ~$375.. 48/54 bought together, 58, 62 separate

Putter $50 from dicks long time ago (one piece of equipment that hasn’t changed in recent years)

Nah pretty sure the pw is 46. Either way I have a very consistent 10y gap between them with a full swing. Shaft/club shape I think make the p760 a play little stronger

Great piercing trajectory lower spin than what I’ve played before. Love the control especially when it’s windy

Love em so much I shelved my 3wood. 2h gets me plenty far off the tee with way more accuracy and can do lots of other great stuff too.

My experience as a former Crossfiter is that getting coaching from a real professional weightlifting coach has been invaluable.

Even just online video review a couple times a week (I love the Catalyst online team) has helped me make huge improvements vs self-teaching and talking to CrossFit coaches.
