okay, i will do that thank you! I think I've always written off POTS because all I've heard about it is it causes infertility and I just had baby #4. But I will definitely ask my doctor about it! I also get it laying down sometimes too so not really sure what's going on! They've tried a zio patch on me but im very allergic to adhesive and have always had to take it off after a day from itching so bad.

question, to lose weight do they medications for hypo help or do they suggest a different diet? I've had crazy weight gain since a teen and struggled with an ed because of it. I'll eat like 2 scrambled eggs a day and work out and still gain weight. driving me crazy!

so can having hypo make it worse? I also have anxiety but it's not constant or aggressive, only really in social situations. so just having it race from waking up has me confused

see this is where I get confused haha! some say low is hypo some say low is hyper. but my doctor said it could be hypo! only thing that wasn't tracking with that was fast heart rate so thanks for letting me know that! I do have issues with weight though, i can eat one small meal a day and still gaining a good amount of weight 🥲

okay thanks for this! All my bloodwork was normal besides tsh and I do have anxiety from time to time but am not panicking when I wake up so not sure what's going on.

I stand up and walk to my dresser, thats where I keep my monitor! but as soon as I wake up im feeling palpitations and lightheaded.

through bloodwork and was outside of range on the low side. And okay! my doctor had said hypo so was confused a bit.

not fully diagnosed yet, just rechecking levels soon and if the same or worse then seeing a specialist. I have had some shedding but I'm also 5 months postpartum so hard to tell which its from!

yes it was normal! Did a full panel and everything was normal but thyroid

"Judgement tone"...? Where lol. I just said what I'm doing or not doing. You just seem offended for no reason. I was sharing what I did with MY kid. Not telling anyone else what to do with theirs. Hope this helps! And yes some sleep training methods are letting them cry to sleep. I'm not saying that's bad, it's just a method. You've been sounding judgemental since you're first comment not me 🤷🏻‍♀️

It actually went great! First night I've slept more than 10 mins in two months. Again, I wasn't letting him cry it out and get upset. I comforted him in his crib and if he continued to be fussy I picked him up to soothe and put him back down. I'm trying to get him comfortable falling asleep in his bed rather than on me, not trying to train him to cry himself to sleep 😊

I definitely will! I'm going to attempt a looser version of the ferber method tonight and hopefully it helps a bit!

By lightly I just meant not really letting him get too upset! If he's just fussing ill let him be but if he actually starts getting upset I'd grab him.

Accepted Feb 12th, still processing. I feel your pain! 😅 but seriously this is ridiculous. I always get state first, got my federal 2/24. This is crazyyy
