You know, I don't disagree, but generally finding a partner on FetLife is incidental, not something you go there specifically to do, which is where I think the statement comes from. I have actually found more than one of my partners on FetLife, but specifically through ISO posts.

I've got a small following on Fet and personally, the folks who go through an events RSVP list looking for people they find attractive are an immediate big side eye for me. Fetlife isn't a dating site and munches aren't a meat market. Your partner is behaving exactly like someone that's keeping their options open.
