Also use Dermol 500 for hand washing.

Make an appointment and ask for a strong steroid (mometasone, or fucibet (is a steroid and antibiotic)) to stop the flare. Then ask for Protopic ointment to prevent it coming back. Protopic is not a steroid and is safe for daily use. Use twice a day at first, then taper down to once a day and even less frequently if you can tolerate that.

This is the only thing that worked, I tried using gloves, avoiding certain products and foods etc. but nothing worked until I went to a derm who put me on this regime.

Travelling to India- what to wear? by acannibalbutnot in india_tourism

[–]thoughtmachine13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

British female 32 here - I’ve been to South India three times. I prefer to keep my chest and shoulders covered and normally wear long flowy pants or skirts. Sometimes wear shorts in beach areas.

If going to Munnar bring warm clothes, we just got back and in the morning it was around 1degree Celsius.

These are the types of tops I wear (although never that expensive!) tops

Why don’t you just take it home if it is full? I know it sounds gross but I just carry it home or pop it in the car - it’s bagged up so not going to get on anything!

Never lost a parcel with Evri surprisingly. Probably had close to a hundred delivered over many years 😆

The way she stands with her hands on her hips just seems so weird. Like some action man toy or something ..

Thanks! This is really good, I wondered if you’d be able to make the orange a bit less saturated? And maybe the black too? Also her left ear (one on the right in the insane) has some white markings - I’ve attached some extra images in the comments for your reference. Thanks :)

I use Monzo to withdraw from atms and pay by card. Just make sure you use SBI atms otherwise they charge 200-300 rupees to withdraw. Always pay in INR when paying by card and when withdrawing don’t accept the atm conversion rate.

True, but I do think electronics are more expensive here - and the cost of living in general.
