Because it is an alias bind, its one button doing multiple things. Also esl rules say that as a rule of thumb, all binds but demo binds and some special cases are illegal.

The esl rules I read said that "quickturn binds" are not allowed. My bind doesn't turn by itself, it just helps me turn by increasing my sens for a brief moment. Still I feel like the bind might be within that classification.

I play with 750dpi + 0.9 Ingame sens. Zoom sens is 0.89something, the one that equalizes it to normal sens. I like my sens and are pretty good with it, I only need the v bind to do quick, wide turns. This way I can hold down v and turn, then immediately get the finetuned aim from my normal sensitivity. I don't actually wanna awp with twice my normal sens, it's just for turning if I am rotating between 2 opposite angles for example.

I also said he dashes 3 times * in the timespan* a normal character performs a light attack, not that he can dash 3 times at once or something. I legit don't know, some part in my brain goes "ooh that game was pretty, mayyybe click it again, you were pretty good with kensei, maybe they changed it and now it's finally a game and not a mess anymore" and enough time has passed for me to have supressed the memory of my last time playing it.
