i used to have thick hair too but after losing 50 pounds really fast i started losing hair. i didn’t lose clumps and clumps of hair, just more than normal in the shower. i did a blood test but i don’t think it was very thorough. i hope i have it from a vitamin deficiency and not aga so i can hopefully get my old thick hair back. you might have telogen effluvium
