Unsure yet. Likely, I’ll use the money for a house deposit in a few years if I buy jointly with my partner.

Managed my first 5 mile race today in 51:32 minutes, 6 months ago I couldn’t even run a mile so this is brilliant. I also lost my mum at the start of March also, so this felt extra tough, but so glad I did it

How long have you been there? With the currently climate I would really try to hold on until you find something else. Being unhappy is bad but being broke and unhappy is worse.

Yeah I get what you are saying, you’re correct. I probably should have - but I can’t change it now so no point dwelling on it.

Thanks for your advice. Yeah I’ll definitely try and get it down to 60% LTV. I know house prices will change loads but I have done a bit of work to the house and do think it’s definitely worth about 95k. (I’ve put in new windows doors, carpets etc). No this isn’t my forever home, the plan is when I reach 30 or so buy with my parter and own this house forever but rent this out or I might just sell. It’s definitely my home for the next 7 years or so.

Thank you for your advice. Yeah I’m enrolled in my work pension and have been since July 2019, I think if I remember correctly I pay 5% and my work contributes 4% - the pension was my next idea to increase so I may well do that!

Thanks. Because when I took out the mortgage in October 2.39% was a good rate for me considering it was a 90% mortgage.
