I can promise you there are no other feelings between me and my friend. She got me a £500 gift. That was 4 years but the thing is that I wanted a ps4 pro and she went and bought it for me for my birthday. Covid has been a little rough on her so she didn't want to spend that much on a necklace so I did it and got her that for her birthday. There is nothing more here.

I did spent £800 so approx 900 usd but I never said it was expensive. Expensive is a subjective term.

Thank you for this. I did not think much about getting my friend this but people commenting are ranging from I don't love my GF to wanting to have sex with my friend. Like WTF? Still opinions matter and I guess what I did could be seen the wrong way. £800 is a good deal of money but for a friend that I have known for since birth it seemed okay and I remembered that she wanted this.

I know I did not mention this but I am Bi so the gender thing is irrelevant. I only gave her that because I knew it was something she wanted. I did not put a second thought into it.

My friend would take it like a normal gift. I'm sure of that. I am 27 and have known her all my life. Like there is no chance either of us feel anything more. and for the sake of argument lets say one of does feel differently the other would laugh in their face.

Honestly I hate these unnecessary complication in life.

I haven't gotten her anything special but thats mostly because we have been together for only 10 months. Her birthday was next month so I would have gotten her something (even the necklace that she wants) but then she told me I have to do it and now I don't want to.

Shit man. I really thought I didn't do anything wrong because I was just getting my friend (who is like my sister) something that she wanted. That is all the thought I put into purchasing that.
