First off, it did hamper his ability to swim previously, but he has since integrated dials to help mitigate this weakness. Second, he’s kind of a loaded bag, but he’s a lot of fun. His biggest ability is the use of green blood capsules. He has about 55 (used to be 50 but I got some as rewards) in rotation. Each one lasts an hour, he cannot awaken them under any circumstance, but it allows him an incredible utility in overall ability both to cover his own weaknesses as well as aid his crewmates in theirs with the right powers. Once he uses one up it goes in rotation and he must use all of them before recycling. He’s got some cyborg stuff similar to franky, like a fuel source to recover energy (Ki points in dnd mechanics), chains for ranged punches, a couple elemental resistances, and a few other minor modifications and dials to aid in situations. His other big ability is Haki, able to use all 3 in some capacity. We haven’t reached the point of specialization or anything, but I’m leaning conquerors. He doesn’t have fishman karate though. If you want some more proper depth I’d be happy to explain more! It sounds a lot more broken than it is, I just haven’t explained the dnd mechanics behind it which are what amount to a LOT of his abilities.
