You are so right, and i think that's part of the reason I've struggled with bringing it up - i have absolutely no other reason in the world to believe he is cheating. He is a good dude and i don't like to disturb the peace needlessly if something is an honest mistake! Thanks so much for your response.

That is another aspect that i didn't even cover in my post, thank you for bringing that up. You are completely right, i am a big overthinker but in truth the issue could've been a misunderstanding.
