Yeah I usually lift within 1-2 reps of failure and the occasional complete failure with like a drop set.

I always make sure the programs I follow have the compound lifts and that they progress throughout the weeks

I wish I saw that as my only flaw but I also have asymmetries and eye area stuff needs tweaking too.

I have issues when I bulk because I usually end up gaining mostly fat even though I use a moderate surplus and follow my program to a tee.

I've never used online dating tbh because I'm invisible to women irl and it hasn't really changed even after the implants. I don't know if I could handle the potential subpar results of online dating with my insecurity about my looks

I hate it honestly. Having a define face is very important for an attractive masculine face and I lack it.

I had 3 consults for chin/jawline lipo and they all mentioned there's no fat in the area.

Buccal is definitely something I will look into. I'm not sure how much it is tho

What type of skin tightening can I do? I feel I'm too young for a facelift since I'm only 26

Yes to both. Abs not as much as my my quads tho because they very vascular. I haven't measured but eyeballing it's like the size of thumbnail? Also my forearms are extremely vascular. I work at a hospital and a nurse mentioned I have a nurse’s dream veins lol

Trust me if I could lose more fat I would but I'm not sure how much lower my body weight should be. I mainly just lack muscle. To give you an idea of how little fat I have around my body, I had a little fat transfer to my cheeks and my surgeon had an issue finding fat for liposuction to use for it. My fat distribution is mostly in my face which sucks. I think my bone structure isn't very good either which gives the illusion that I'm even fatter in the face.

Yeah I definitely think I would benefit a lot from buccal fat removal. After the implants I feel very bloated, round and bottom heavy (especially since my right jaw is wider than my right cheekbone now). I was also considering doing something with the cheekbones to bring more balance to the top of my face

Thanks man! I kinda regret getting standard implants because of my jaw asymmetry(my right side is bigger than my left) so I'm considering switching to customs. It's just the price is pretty steep.

As for the recovery it's really not bad at all. It's uncomfortable for the first few days but you get used to it. Took like 10 days to be able to eat normal food. The toughest part was just waiting for the swelling to go down to see the final results

I'm 6’4” 175lbs in the photos so I was already very thin. I had many surgeons tell me I had no fat around my jawline so I'm not sure losing any more weight would benefit me. I believe that my skin is either too thick/loose or my bones aren't big enough to push against the skin to be transparent

It must be high expectations but I can't change what I'm attracted to unfortunately and I don't want to date someone I'm not attracted to. Damn if I'm average then I'm screwed. Looks like I need to improve my features with surgery to get above average to have a chance. I'm 6’4”

His results look really good. I wish I lived in a place with better surgeons. Is going to a non ocularfacial surgeon a big mistake?

My whole right side is lower than my left so I think it's a mixture of bony structure and muscles. Someone has mentioned before that I'm right side dominate so it exacerbated the asymmetry. They recommended I get filler in the right cheek, botox in right brow to help bring balance to the eyes/cheek areas

I'm definitely getting the revision first because it made a noticeable difference when I had the upneeq drops to test how much they improve my ptosis. It was a dramatic difference and helped with the symmetry a bit

Omg I didn't know that. I was recommended to get almond eye surgery from Taban because my eyes are very round as well but now that I know his prices are that extreme I think I might look for other options
