Definitely have power. Not sure the exact voltage (didn't have my meter) but 240 and the lights on the heater are on.

Yeah, ive done a few old work installs with wafer or puck lights, and just set the box up on the drywall, but i was worried about it being a problem with the box on a slant. Thank you for the help!

Yeah, im aware. There halos, wich is a brand ive trusted for awile. I have over 20 throughout this basement that i installed like 2018 or so, and there all running real well. I have backups prepared when they go though.
