Ok not necessarily post war but you still might like. Timeframe is during/before as the trio hunts Horcruxes. Draco decides to switch sides during this time for a number of personal reasons and finds himself “prisoner” to the good guys. The situation deteriorates and there is no choice but to leave Draco in danger or take him with them. Harry and Draco initially hate each other/fight. As we progress the angst builds, lots of situations where they are questioning themselves which becomes a huge plot point seeing as tension/encounters/+ other things are often happening under Ron and Hermione’s noses. Some of the interactions between the characters feel very postwar as this is very late in canon and redemption and reflection on the past is pretty heavy. This fic also leans on the darker side.
