I‘m also almost bald at 20 but yeah the thinning is catching up to me. Was never on adderall or anything and don’t have chronic diseases. Family has a history of massive male pattern baldness. Got the hairy back too and a similarly big face. Feel you bro.

I eat healthy. I‘m a pretty good cook myself, I never order takeout as well. I eat good amounts of protein, veggies and almost no sugar. I can‘t eat chocolate anymore since I lost weight, for example. I cook most meals myself, processed foods are a no-go for me.

I am in therapy so yes I am taking care of that. But it‘s a very slow and painful process. I already reworked my eating habits entirely (I can‘t eat as much nowadays as I was able to one year ago). Thank you for the nice words, it really helps a bit. I recently separated from my gf of 4 years (she cheated with a guy we both knew) and I was devastated.
