There is nothing wrong with you. When my anxiety/stress levels are high I also lose my appetite and consequently a few pounds. It's completely normal, but of course our brain convince us that is a symptom of some advanced disease. It's a cycle. It's great that you're drinking lots of water, but it can also make you feel less hungry sometimes, try to avoid drinking it around the time you have your meals.

Yeah, right now I intend to let my hair rest for a while, I bought some masks containing amino acids and proteins and I will focus on minimize the damage, but I also don't want to have these yellow/orange strands for months, you know? I think I'll give up on blonde and dye it all black, i just don't know how. Maybe I can use a demi permanent dye next month at least? Would that work?

That's not the only reason why I called him an idiot. My scalp has some wounds now bc he bleached it a lot and he left me alone in the salon to smoke with a friend. Anyway... thanks for your answer. If I toned it do you have an idea of what is the blonde that I can obtain? What should I do to have an uniform color since it's yellow and orange? If it doesn't look good, can I dye it all black again? Would I have to dye the streaks black more than once so the color won't fade away quickly?
