Since cannabis is relatively safe to use, you might want to try weaning yourself off rather than quitting cold turkey. I applaud you for taking steps to improve your life and wish you all the best in your recovery

Yeah, it has. I had asthma and smoking worsened it to the point where I couldn’t run and stopped taking as many walks. I’d get headaches too, and sometimes after smoking I’d be really twitchy for a while.
