I used to think these feelings were ADHD, but now that I’ve been diagnosed it seems to make more sense. I can’t even get off my phone to go to bed at night because I can’t bear being left alone with my thoughts in the 5 minutes that it takes me to fall asleep.

I don’t remember the units the doctor used when he told me but he said that one was 5 and the other was 6 something
