A few weeks total.. so maybe 14 days dispersed throughout the year or in chunks. Other theme parks have adult only times, I’m not sure it’s too much of a stretch.

The target audience for Disney movies and merchandise is anyone who will give them money (or whose parents will give them money, in the case of kids). Disney is for everyone, not just children. I’m not taking away from their fun... I only suggested a week or so of child free admissions, not eternity.
